GOOD NEWS OF THE DAY!
Carron,
We are moving to Iowa, so I can try to make that (Scott W.'s party)...for once. I am going to work at the Veteran's Administration in Des Moines, starting very soon.
Moving up from FL will be a family adventure.

    Zimmy... I noticed you waited until AFTER winter before moving back to the Midwest...
    Let's see... a little checklist for next year:
    Snow Shovel
    Snow Blower
    Ice Scraper
    Heavy Winter Coats (for the whole family)
    Snow Boots, gloves, mittens
    Anti-Freeze (lots of it)
    etc etc etc the list goes on.
    Zimmy, I'm soooo disapointed.

    Here's what I'm leaving behind:
    Storm shutters
    Generator
    15 Gas jugs
    Sand in the car
    1 hour commute
    4" cockroaches in the garage
    Poisonous snakes in the yard
    BUT...we will miss the beach!
    Is there a sale on Carhartts anywhere??

    Brian, I would keep the generator if I were you. After our ice storm two weeks ago, every store in a ten-county area sold out of them.
