This is from the High School band trip in June 1980 to the Black Hills in South Dakota.

ReplyDeleteNow, if I had stolen the booze and drank it, I could understand my not remembering anything, but really people, none of this rings a bell for me. What song did Neil Sedaka sing anyway? Wasn't it something about saying goodbye?
ReplyDeleteI thought I was the only one who had a "swiss cheese, ~holes~" in the memory. Phew!!! I am sure glad to know I am not alone! HOWEVER, I DO REMEMBER THIS TRIP! Somewhere I have pictures of this. I remember riding those HUGE turtles! Do any of you remember that? Also, I know I have pictures of Barbie, Stephanie, and Leann sitting on the rail of a fence. At the time, I thought Neil Sedaka was boring too. I remember the song, "Laughter In The Rain". Once I find them, I will scan them in!!
