ANOTHER GIRLS' NIGHT

Darcie, Mary Jo, and I had another girls' night last night. This time it was Mary Jo's turn to decide on the restaurant and God bless her for choosing Carlos O'Kelly's!!

I have no new pictures to share because both gals threatened me with bodily harm if I brought my "bleeping" camera. So, just to get even with them, I will post the same pic from our last girls' night out. Bahahahaha!

GIRLS' NIGHT

Darc, Mary Jo, and I had a girls' night tonight. We had cheesy fries, steak, and beer at Lone Star Steakhouse. We didn't laugh or have any fun at all.... Darcie told our waitress, HeyAshley, to shove my camera up my butt and then management came to our table. All sorts of craziness.

So sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you! It has been a busy summer so far...working around the house and all. Sorry I missed Tony's B-day party, looks like you all had fun. I haven't seen Colleen Gilbert in years....the people you run into when you're out and about amazes me!

Kinda ironic about Darcie's cousin. I have a good friend whose husband was really close to him, so I heard about it that way. What a scary thing going on with the deer around here and vehicles. So sorry to hear about that.

Yes, I am married now....we went to the JP and I would do that again if I had to. Wow so easy and after having a wedding I would recomend that to a wedding any day. $35 and your married.....well another $100 just because we decided to use a chapel rather than go in court and get 'er done! LOL

So have you and Tony set a date yet or just enjoying the engagement for a while? You two look so cute together. And you seem like you have a lot of fun.

Well, have lots on my to do list today, so I guess I better get at it. Take care and hope to see you some time soon.

Hope this finds you and your family well. I was thinking of your Mom and Dad today with all they have been through these past few months and wondering how they are doing?

So do we have a wedding date set yet? Congrats on that one, you two! Brian and I just went and picked out our wedding rings yesterday. Just a JP for us , both been there and done that.

I am doing well after the deer in windshield. I meet with a plastic surgeon in August to try and redo my nose and eye. But, over all, I am just about normal again. Back to work full time and man, am I glad ... not ready to retire yet that's for sure. But I guess if I had been healthy enough to do all I wanted it might not have been so bad.LOL

Well, I know you will read this at work so I better let you go for now.LOL Have a great day and we'll chat soon, maybe even in person one day soon.

Thanks so much for the letter and concern. I am doing ok. Just got home yesterday from the second surgery. My mouth is wired shut. Some will be happy about that. LOL. I have a few more surgeries to go, but not sure when yet.

But you shouldn't be worrying about me. You have enough on your plate with your folks. Hope they are doing well with all that is happening to them.

Just thought I'd touch base quick and let you know I'm ok and just dealing with what that rotten deer did to me. I'll be myself again soon enough... could have been worse.

Hello Carron,

It has been so long for me to write as well! Sounds as though things are going great for you. Haven't even had much chance to get on the blog myself, but it sure looks as though people are keeping you busy.

How is your Dad doing these days? Like I said I haven't had much chance to get caught up on the blog site, I plan to today though. Hope your family is in good health in this new year. I see you have a new man in your life. I am really happy for you. He obviously is in love with you. Feelings mutual? I'm guessing yes reading that you spent the most of your vacation with him and the kids. ;)

My holidays were great and I have attached a family photo for you. Santa was great to me as well and yes I feel as though I wasn't an angel all year either. LOL Brian and I hosted Christmas this year and it was a lot of fun, food and card playing. I also had the week between Christmas and New Year's off, so Brian and I took a mini trip up to Minnesota to Cabelas. Wow, what a store! We had friends up to play poker on New Year's Eve.... so no on dancing on the bar! LOL

Well have a kid (dog) pestering me to play, so I better go spoil her a little. Now you all know I have a kid...lol

Hummm... to answer some of your questions. Yes, I am still making teeth, 18 years now. Guess I'm a lifer.
No kids ...never did plan on having any. Nieces and Nephews are enough for me...lol Not married, but found a great guy after a lot of years, we bought 5 acres together in Ryan. Been here about a year now and am quite happy in the country. We are finding there is a lot more work than play now, but well worth the peace and quiet.
So tell me, how are things going for you? What have you been doing in your free time? And how is work? I'm guessing single at the moment? Fill me in haven't seen you in a while....
