    Culinary expert???? cocktail weenies and BBQ sauce with a splash of rum???? I'll bet he stole that from Emeril!

    Now the layer dip thing sounded good, but Brett, any man in TX has to have a secret BBQ recipe. Let's hear it!

    Add a splash of rum to the bbq sauce of your choice and smoke that meat for hours before adding the sauce!! I make some badass brats too! Always a favorite.
